Little Mix's Touch Becomes The Group's Tenth Top 10 Single!


Little Mix are storming the charts and there's no stopping them! Jesy, Leigh-Anne, Jade and Perrie have come a long way since they became the first girl group to win the UK X Factor in 2011. Touch marks the groups tenth Top 10 single in the UK along with Cannonball, Wings, DNA, Move, Word Up!, Salute, Black Magic, Secret Love Song and Shout Out To My ExThe song was awarded a Silver Certification by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) on January 13, 2017 selling over 200,000 copies in the United Kingdom alone.

The album Glory Days was also a ground breaker for Little Mix not only was it their first #1 album, they also became the first girl group to have the longest running number one album in the UK since Destiny's Child's Survivor in 2001. And then so, the album became the long reigning number-one album by a girl group since the Spice Girls's Spice in 1996. The album was awarded a Platinum Certification by (BPI) in December, 2016 and has sold over 434,000 copies in the United Kingdom.

Little Mix unexpectedly released the music video for the track on January 19, 2017. The music video was met with mixed reviews from fans and critics branded as "too sexual and raunchy". Band member Perrie Edwards alsfaced backlash from the outfit worn in the video.

[LISTEN] Tamar Braxton Releases New Single "My Man" inspired by parents divorce.

It has been nearly two years since Tamar Braxton released her album Calling All Lovers (2015), the singer unleashed the heart-wrenching track today as the first single to her upcoming fifth studio album set to be released later this year through Tamartian Land Records.
Based on the cover art the track was inspired by Braxtons parents, Evelyn Braxton and Michael Braxton Sr. Speaking on Instagram the singer revealed the story will be shown on tonight's episode of Braxton Family Values where Tamar reveals the track for the first time to sisters Towanda, Trina, Traci and mother Evelyn Braxton.

Singing sensation Jennifer Hudson appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show today performing her latest single "Remember Me". The singer sat down with Ellen Degeneres in a short interview discussing her new single and what it was like being a judge and the first female judge to win on The Voice UK. 
"Remember Me" is the lead single taken from Hudson's upcoming fourth studio album with no title as of yet expected to be released later this year under Epic Records. The singer confirmed in early June last year she had signed a new record deal with Epic Records leaving her old label RCA where she had released three albums "Jennifer Hudson" (2008), "I Remember Me" (2011) and "JHUD" (2014).
